Construction and rebuild of subfloor on balcony including our patented 5 layer waterproof decking system and redwood fencing.
STRUCTURE RESURFACE & STUCCO

Removed all wood paneling on exterior of building and applied a stucco system and facia boards to exterior of building for a new and polished appearance.
HANDRAILS & PRE-CAST STEPS

Here we installed a code approved wrought iron handrail including concrete pre cast steps and a finish sealant.
CONCRETE RESURFACE

First we started with floating out our fine coat cement system as to seal all cracks on existing concrete and gave a smooth surface appearance. It is then finished with a special resin based sealant and a non slip silica surface texture for a beautiful finish!
MAGNESITE STEP REPAIRS

Today there is many ways to repair magnesite. We first start with sealing the cracks then we apply our 3 layer waterproof system on repaired steps and finish it off with a non slip texture and a resin based sealant for a cleaner finish.
